Flexible Will
Is this right for me?
This is a standard solution that creates a very simple and easy, short-form Will. This should only be used:
- for small estates; and
- where there is negligible risk of any beneficiary being the subject of any bankruptcy or family law claims.
In particular, this Will should be used if you are less sophisticated in your needs and would prefer a ‘plain English’ version of the Will.
